These Terms of Service govern the online services Torham Law offers through this website — including the consultation request forms, contact channels and informational content. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern the website as a whole, and our Privacy Policy. Signed engagement letters govern the professional services themselves.

When you submit a consultation request, you confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use them. Submitting the form is a request, not a binding booking: a consultation is confirmed only when a member of counsel accepts it. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours, but response times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon in urgent matters.

Initial consultations are confidential and carry no obligation to proceed and no fee unless expressly stated at the time.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information without consent.
• Use the forms or contact channels to send spam, unsolicited marketing or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' data.
• Use the website to seek assistance with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or tax evasion.

We may refuse or stop providing online services to anyone who breaches these rules, and may report unlawful requests to the relevant authorities.

Torham Law serves regulated and high-risk sectors and is subject to anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations. Before providing substantive services we perform identity, ownership, source-of-funds and purpose checks. We may decline any request, at any stage and without stating detailed reasons, where checks are unsatisfactory, the matter falls outside our risk appetite, or a conflict of interest exists.

By providing an email address or telephone number you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. We will not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent, and you can opt out at any time. Email is not a fully secure channel; where a matter is sensitive, counsel will agree a secure method of exchanging documents with you.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, including the forms, at any time for maintenance, security or business reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torham Law is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the online services on this website — including a missed or delayed response to a consultation request. Liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded are not excluded.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
